WHPT Web News (correspondent Hou Lihua, Wang Chunlian) On the morning of May 18th, the Hubei Provincial Cross-Strait Vocational Education Exchange Conference was held in Wuhan Polytechnic (WHPT). There are more than 40 presidents and experts and scholars from 24 higher vocational colleges on both sides of Taiwan Province and Hubei Province. They shared opinions on education development and mutually beneficial cooperation. Mr. Deng Shimin, Director of the Vocational Education Department of the Hubei Provincial Education Department, Mr. Chen Hanqiang, Director of the Cross-Strait Vocational Education Exchange and Cooperation Center, and Mr. Zhong Renqin, Chairman of the China Association for Cross-Strait Higher Education and Vocational Education Exchange and Cooperation attended the conference and made speeches. The conference was hosted by Mr. Lu Jinyuan, deputy director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office of the Hubei Provincial Department of Education.
