WHPT Web News (correspondent Wang Chunlian) On November 23, representatives of the Singapore East Asia Institute of Management and Malaysian guests visited our school successively.
On the morning of the 23rd, Dr. Adrew Chua, Dean of the East Asia Institute of Management, visited our school. Vice-presidentMr. Xu Gongjin and Ms. Xiong Hequn, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Tourism, warmly welcomed and met with the guests. Subsequently, a key handover ceremony for the remote wisdom classroom was held. After the meeting, the Singapore East Asia Institute of Management visited the Optics Valley East Campus of Wuhan Polytechnic (WHPT) and communicated with the teachers and students of hotel management program.

On the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Zhang Yilin, president of the ASEAN Hubei Association and the president of the Hubei Association of Hubei, and Mr. Chen Yunxiang, the director of the Malaysian Chinese Chamber of Commerce, visited WHPT. Mr. Jiang Hui, deputy director of the Department of International Relations, and Mr. Zhang Ziyi, deputy directorof the Department of International Relations, warmly received the guests. The guests introduced the situation of Malaysian students studying in China. The two sides reached consensus on cooperation in recruiting international students and carrying out international cooperation, and WHPT agreed to recruit Malaysian international students from 2019.
