Wuhan Polytechnic and the University of Sunshine Coast (Australia) of Australia began to carry out Sino-foreign joint education programs in 2011. University of the Sunshine Coast is a comprehensive public university affiliated to the Australian Ministry of Education. It is one of the first Australian universities accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education. It is located in Sunshine Coast, a scenic resort north of Brisbane, Queensland. Founded in 1996, the school has more than 600 staff and 7500 students, including more than 1000 international students. The university's teaching staff is in the highest quality among all Australian universities. It has three schools: the School of Literature, the School of Business and the School of Science.
