From July 7, International School organized the first and only international team made by 7 foreign students from Malaysia and invited 3 teachers, in order to improve the ability of the foreign students and respond to the school papers after hearing the notice of the 6th China International “Internet+” College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition at School. Members in the team planed the project, did well in their parts and worked together, dared to break and able to create, strived to achieve good results in the school-level competition.
The 7 foreign students from Malaysia can’t come back to school after going home during the winter vacation because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although being thousands of miles away, the leaders and teachers have always been concerned about the students. They regularly asked about the study and living conditions of international students through chat tools such as WeChat and QQ, reminding them to take care of their bodies, study hard, and wait for the day when they return to school. The Internet + College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is a good opportunity to fully mobilize the initiative and creativity of the international students, so that they will have a sense of belonging back to the big family of Wuhan Polytechnic and appreciate the sense of satisfaction from participating in the project of Wuhan Polytechnic. At the same time, the international student team competes with other teams, different styles and flow of ideas making the competition much more diversified.
